Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk into a vibrant waterfront
lifestyle hub. This joint venture, with a 51:49 partnership, aims to
transform the 999-year leasehold site into a mixed-use development featuring
348 luxury residential units and a variety of dining and entertainment
options.

its extensive experience in asset management and development to ensure the
highest and best use of the prime site in Robertson Quay.
Sekisui House, a leading Japanese homebuilder, is renowned for its
innovative and eco-friendly housing solutions. With a strong presence in
international markets, Sekisui House focuses on creating sustainable
communities. Their collaboration with Frasers Property leverages their
combined expertise to deliver a landmark development that aligns with the
Singapore Government’s rejuvenation plans for the Singapore River Planning
Area.
The redevelopment is set to launch in 2025 and complete by the end of 2028,
promising to inject new vibrancy into the Robertson Quay precinct with
picturesque views of the Singapore River and Marina Bay.
